"SOARING PROGRAM" is to help you to complete terminal operators by learning and practicing job rotation in a year. After two months’ professional and system training in our Headquarter, we will provide you job rotation among our 12 branch offices.

You will understand all aspects of business model in-depth through our assistant and your hard working there. Also, you will experience rapid development of our group.

After one or two years, you will be possibly promoted to be the department manager in one of our branch offices with more responsibilities and duties or work in headquarter for large-sized clients because of your positive attitude and outstanding achievements

Salaries and benefits:

Basic salary +social insurance + commercial insurance + performance reward + job rotation plan + high proportion of promotion opportunity

Recruitment:

We hold recruitment event once per year.

Recruitment channels:

China HR, 51job, campus recruitment tour. To get the specific itinerary, please see the recruitment promotion at the beginning of each year.

Recruitment Time:

March to May, every year.

Employment:

Re-employment training is arranged in May and June. The training will last 20 to 30 days

The distribution of work:
